We have assembled a uniquely qualified team with both local and regional experience, including:

Teska Associates, Inc. will provide overall project management and planning. The firm has over 30 years of experience in providing community planning and landscape architecture services, including preparation of Plainfield's Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance.

Hitchcock Design Group will lend their landscape architectural expertise to development of the concept plan, streetscape, and other design elements. The firm is very familiar with Plainfield, having recently completed the Riverfront Master Plan and the award-winning Settlers Park.

Business Districts, Inc. will provide market analysis. BDI has been activley involved in Plainfield projects, assisting the Village on a number of assignments including market analysis for several sites within and near the proposed Site One Station Area.

T.Y. Lin International will lend their expertise in bus and rail transit, bike, and other transportation planning and engineering issues such as parking and access to ensure conformance with Metra and RTA requirements.
